This technology is a user value evaluation device that organizes evaluation criteria based on user value factors expressed as emotional states from product or service usage experiences, and generates evaluation grade data by matching these value factors and scores to episodes reported by users over time.
While companies have traditionally gauged reactions to new products through social media comments, such feedback is often fragmented, making it difficult to systematically evaluate which features users experienced, in what context, and what emotions they felt.
This technology quantifies value factors using a 0–10 or 0–100 intensity estimation technique, reorders features based on usage frequency and scores, and visualizes them as a semantic network with connected value factor nodes. Selecting an episode number displays details in a pop-up. Applicable to new product planning, UX research, and service improvement consulting, it enables the evidence-based identification of features that users truly value.
