1. Privacy Policy

Intellectual Bridge Co., Ltd. (www.ipmall.co.kr) (hereinafter "the Company") values your personal information in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, personal information protection regulations, and the Korea Communications Commission's standards for technical and administrative protection measures for personal information. Through this privacy policy, the Company informs you of the purposes and methods for which your personal information is used and what measures are taken to protect your personal information. This privacy policy applies from the effective date, and any additions, deletions, or corrections to changes in laws and policies will be announced through website notices (or individual notices) before the implementation of such changes.

The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than those listed below, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act. 3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

Personal information retention period: Until business necessity expires. Used for audit and history management purposes.

 

4. Items of Personal Information Processed

The Company processes the following personal information items:

Basic input information: Name, ID, email, phone number, password, company name

1:1 inquiry board: Name, phone number, email, password

The Company encrypts and stores the inquirer's password when members/non-members post on the 1:1 inquiry board, and inquiry content and response items are not disclosed to other members unless the inquirer selects 'public'.

 

5. Consent for Personal Information Collection in 1:1 Inquiries

The Company considers that members/non-members have consented to personal information collection when posting on the 1:1 inquiry board.

 

6. Third-Party Provision of Personal Information

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information), and may be used for consultation purposes with patent holders of patents requested by customers. Except for the following cases, personal information will not be processed beyond the original purpose or provided to third parties without the consent of the data subject or special provisions of law:

 

①  When separate consent is obtained from the data subject

②  When there are special provisions in other laws

③ When providing personal information in a form that cannot identify specific individuals for purposes such as statistical compilation and academic research

 

7. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

In principle, the Company does not entrust the processing of personal information to others without user consent. If the need for entrusting personal information processing arises in the future, we will notify the entrusted party, entrusted work content, entrustment period, and entrustment contract details (compliance with personal information protection laws, prohibition of third-party provision of personal information, and liability responsibilities) through announcements and privacy policies. We will also obtain prior consent when necessary.

9. Destruction of Collected Personal Information

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

Administrative measures: Designating employees who handle personal information and limiting to responsible personnel to minimize and manage personal information

Technical measures: Database access authority management, access control system installation, encryption of unique identification information, security program installation

Physical measures: Access control to server rooms, etc.
