Monorail leveling device for automatic carriage stabilization using an electric tilt unit

This technology relates to a leveling device for monorails, as well as bogies and carriages incorporating the same. More specifically, it pertains to an electric acceleration chain-type automatic leveling device and the bogies and carriages that include it. The monorail leveling device of the present invention comprises a main body, a carriage support hinged to one side of the main body and coupled to the underside of the carriage, and a tilt unit installed on the main body and coupled to the other side of the carriage support to raise and lower it. The main body includes an upper frame, a lower frame, and a plurality of vertical supports connecting the frames. The upper frame features a drive unit coupling section where the rail passes and a hinge at one end, while the lower frame is open in the center to accommodate the rail. The tilt unit includes a drive section, drive shafts extending to the left and right of the drive section, a drive support that holds the drive section and supports one or more lift units on each side, and lift units supported by the drive support. Each lift unit includes a lift main shaft fixed to the drive support, an upper lift shaft connected to the top of the carriage support, a lower lift shaft connected to the bottom frame of the main body, and guide means for directing vertical movement between these shafts. The lift main shaft includes a drive chain rotating across the top and bottom of the shaft, a main sprocket that transmits rotation from the drive shaft, and idler sprockets at the top and bottom to support the chain. The upper and lower lift shafts are each fixed to the drive chain, such that when the chain rotates, they move vertically along one side of the lift main shaft. The monorail bogie and carriage of the present invention are characterized by incorporating this leveling device.

Existing solutions in this field have faced structural and functional limitations that required improvement.

This technology, including the monorail leveling device, bogie, and carriage, can be applied to relevant industries to enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Features:
  • Main body featuring upper and lower frames, vertical supports, and a drive unit coupling section positioned where the rail passes.
  • Carriage support hinged to one side of the main body and coupled to the underside of the carriage for support.
  • Tilt unit installed on the main body, coupled to the other side of the carriage support to raise and lower it.
  • Lift unit comprising a drive section, left and right drive shafts, lift main shaft, upper and lower lift shafts, and guide means for vertical movement.
