Method for Manufacturing Stem Cell Sheets with Enhanced Paracrine Factors

This technology describes a method for manufacturing stem cell sheets by seeding stem cells on one side of a porous membrane's cell culture layer and co-cultured cells on the opposite side.

In vitro cultured stem cells had limitations in therapeutic efficacy upon transplantation due to the short duration of stored paracrine factors.

This technology facilitates cell attachment and detachment using a cell culture layer whose surface structure changes with temperature, and regulates paracrine factors, thereby enhancing the therapeutic efficacy of transplanted stem cells.
