Method for Manufacturing Kidney Organoids via Metanephric Mesenchymal Cell Differentiation

This technology is a three-step method for producing kidney organoids, involving differentiating stem cells into metanephric mesenchymal cells, forming cell aggregates, and then differentiating them into kidney organoids.

Existing kidney organoids have struggled to achieve proper structure and maturity due to their immaturity and limitations in nutrient supply.

This technology produces kidney organoids with improved structure and porosity through a stepwise differentiation protocol, making them applicable to kidney tissue models and related research.
