This technology is a skewer manufacturing system consisting of a meat supply unit, a cutting unit with grid-shaped blades, a conveyor for transporting molds, a skewer supply and insertion unit, and a control unit.

Traditional manual methods of cutting meat and skewering it are inefficient and make it difficult to maintain consistent quality.

This technology cuts meat using grid-shaped blades and automatically inserts skewers into the meat pieces held in molds, thereby increasing manufacturing efficiency and consistency when applied to meat skewer production equipment.
