This technology is a securing device that prevents cylindrical piles from rolling or shifting during transport by pressing a fixing panel body against the base of an end cap fitted onto the PHC pile and tightening a bolt through the panel into the cap's screw hole.
PHC piles are widely used for pile foundations due to their high-strength concrete, superior load-bearing capacity, and durability. However, their cylindrical shape makes them prone to rotation from vibrations and external forces when stacked on trucks for transport from factories to sites. This often leads to friction, collisions between piles, and impact with the truck bed, resulting in cracks and damage.
This technology features connection protrusions on one side and the top of the panel body, with corresponding connection grooves on the opposite side and bottom, allowing adjacent panels to interlock vertically and horizontally. The panels are made of elastic synthetic resin. A guide-fastening unit, consisting of an elastic guide shaft inserted into the cap's through-hole and a stopper block, provides additional security. Applicable to factory loading, long-distance trailer transport, and on-site storage, this system bundles stacked cylindrical piles together, reducing damage from cracks during transit and preventing rolling accidents during unloading.
