This technology is a desk document holder featuring left and right arm members pinned to a horizontal link at the top of a stand column, allowing them to be folded or unfolded, with rotating supports that hold the extended arms diagonally. Each arm consists of an inner section and a horizontally rotating outer section with clips to secure documents, and a lamp is mounted in the center of the horizontal link.
