This technology is a blind consisting of a ceiling-mounted upper frame, a screen that covers the window, an upper winding rod that adjusts the height by rolling the screen, and a noise-prevention support rod at the bottom of the screen. By embedding magnets with different polarities into a rotating rod inside the support rod, the bottom of the screen is either secured to or held away from the window frame using magnetic force.
While blinds are widely used for blocking sunlight and views, soundproofing, insulation, and interior decoration, they often cause noise when left open because the wind causes them to sway and repeatedly strike the window frame.
This technology allows the user to rotate the rod so that the same polarity faces the window frame magnet to push it away via repulsion, or opposite polarities face each other to secure it via attraction, ensuring the screen does not strike the window frame in either state. The window frame magnets can be embedded or detachable, making them easy to install on existing window frames. This can be applied to roller blinds in residential and office spaces as well as window interior products that require frequent ventilation, allowing for a quiet indoor environment even when windows are open.
