This technology relates to a plate glass cutting device designed to cut large sheets of glass into multiple pieces. The plate glass cutting device according to the present invention comprises a support case with a flat top surface configured to support the underside of the plate glass discharged from the cutting unit, with an air chamber formed inside, and an air supply means connected to the air chamber. A plurality of ventilation holes communicating with the air chamber are formed on the top surface of the support case. When air is supplied to the air chamber using the air supply means, the air inside the air chamber is discharged through the ventilation holes to the underside of the plate glass, forming an air layer between the top surface of the support case and the underside of the plate glass. Consequently, the friction between the support case and the plate glass is reduced by this air layer, making it very easy for an operator to adjust the position of the plate glass so that the score line formed on the glass corresponds to the edge of the support case.
Existing solutions in this field have structural and functional limitations that require improvement.
This technology can be applied to the relevant industry as a plate glass cutting device to enhance performance and efficiency.
