Multi-Cam Piercing Device for Simultaneous Multi-Directional Piercing Using a Cam Push Block

This technology relates to a piercing device equipped with a multi-directional multi-cam system. Its purpose is to enable piercing punches to operate and return simultaneously in different directions within a cam block, allowing for smooth piercing operations in narrow angles and confined spaces. The invention comprises a cam base fixed to the lower die; a cam push block installed to slide on the cam base and featuring an operating inclined surface; a punch unit fixed to the upper front surface of the cam base, containing first and second piercing punches that are operated simultaneously in different directions by the cam push block; a return spring unit installed in the spring installation hole of the cam base between the cam base and the cam push block to provide elastic force for moving the cam push block toward the rear; a stopper fixed to the rear of the cam base to limit the sliding range of the cam push block; a guide plate bolted to one side of the cam base above the wings of the cam push block to prevent the cam push block from detaching; and a cam drive connected to the upper die, featuring a driving inclined surface that slides while in contact with the operating inclined surface of the cam push block.
