This technology relates to a mold device capable of springback correction, designed to correct springback in materials without the need for punch replacement. The invention includes an upper die connected to a press, an upper block connected to the upper die with a fastening groove at its lower edge, a punch inserted and bolted into the fastening groove with a forming surface that contacts and presses the material for correction, a plurality of shim plates inserted into the fastening groove between the upper block and the punch, and a lower steel connected to the lower die where the material is placed. A shaft groove is formed at the upper side of the upper block's fastening groove to communicate with it, and a rotating shoulder is formed on the upper side of the punch to be inserted into the shaft groove. By adjusting the angle of the punch's forming surface around the rotating shoulder using the shim plates, the amount of springback correction can be secured without replacing the punch.
Existing solutions in this field have structural and functional limitations that require improvement.
This technology is a mold device capable of springback correction that can be applied to relevant industries to enhance performance and efficiency.
