This technology is a temporary lifting guide system for combined heat and power (CHP) plant boilers. It consists of temporary support members that install multi-level scaffolding at a set distance from the boiler furnace wall, a lifting guide member equipped with rack gears and guide grooves, and a temporary lifting unit that moves along this guide to allow for inspection and maintenance of the furnace wall.

Conventional inspection and maintenance work inside CHP plant boiler furnaces often lacks dedicated temporary lifting equipment, forcing workers to perform high-altitude tasks in unstable positions and posing a high risk of safety accidents.

This technology uses a pinion gear driven by a motor that engages with the rack gear on the lifting guide member to move the lifting platform up and down. Guide rollers are fitted into guide grooves on both sides to prevent detachment, allowing workers to safely ascend, descend, and perform maintenance tasks within the boiler furnace.
