By calculating and integrating assessment values across these three areas as indices relative to reference values, this technology can be applied to building sustainability assessments to quantitatively evaluate environmental, cost, and social impacts simultaneously.

- A first calculation unit and output unit that derive the environmental impact index by summing the environmental impact assessment values of materials and energy sources to obtain a life cycle value and dividing it by the reference value.
- A second calculation unit and output unit that derive the cost index by summing the cost assessment values of materials and energy sources to obtain a life cycle cost assessment value and dividing it by the reference value.
