Vascular Management Device Combining Dual-Patch Blood Flow Velocity Comparison and Electrical Stimulation Optimization

This technology is a vascular management device consisting of a terminal unit that senses blood flow velocity at two points on a single blood vessel using first and second patches and calculates vascular abnormalities based on the difference between the two velocities, and a pad unit that applies electrical stimulation to the vessel when an abnormality is detected.

Existing vascular management methods struggle to quantitatively assess blood flow velocity abnormalities, and even when electrical stimulation is applied, the intensity, frequency, and cycle cannot be optimized for individuals, leading to inconsistent stimulation effects.

This technology automatically searches for optimal conditions where the difference between the two blood flow velocity peaks is minimized by varying the intensity, frequency, and cycle of electrical stimulation. It can be applied to wearable vascular health management devices to provide personalized blood flow improvement.
