Mobile-Connected Parking Lock with Load-Distributing Cover and Base Support

This technology features a parking lock remotely controlled via a mobile network, consisting of a cylindrical base bolted to the ground and a sloped cover that sits on top to distribute the weight of vehicle tires.

Existing residential priority parking or open parking lots are difficult to manage without personnel to prevent unauthorized parking, and current locking devices are often prone to damage due to their vulnerability to vehicle weight.

By using a base support and a sloped cover structure to distribute vehicle tire weight directly to the ground, this technology enhances durability, making it ideal for managing residential priority and shared parking spaces by preventing unauthorized use and reducing equipment damage.

Key Features:
  • A cylindrical base support bolted to the center of the parking space, featuring multiple drainage holes to prevent water accumulation.
  • A sloped cover designed to distribute weight and prevent bending even if a vehicle tire catches the edge, equipped with a locking lip to secure the upper body.
  • A lower body unit equipped with a mobile communication module, drive motor, power supply, four ultrasonic distance sensors (front, back, left, right), and two digital cameras (front, back).
  • A control button that allows users to selectively enable or disable the automatic lowering of the upper body to protect the ultrasonic distance sensors from illegally parked vehicles.
