Method for Manufacturing Electrically Conductive Mask Pack Sheets by Laminating Silver Film onto Lyocell Non-Woven Fabric

This technology involves manufacturing an electrically conductive mask pack sheet by laminating a silver film—featuring a silver composition layer—onto a lyocell non-woven fabric impregnated with essence gel, followed by the removal of the polypropylene film, aging, and rolling.

To impart electrical conductivity to functional mask packs, silver components must be stably bonded to the sheet; however, achieving uniform lamination has historically been a challenge.

By thermally laminating a silver film onto an essence gel-impregnated non-woven fabric to provide electrical conductivity, this technology can be applied to functional mask pack products to enhance skin care efficacy.
