Plastic raw material processing method for mixing while removing metallic substances using a magnetic component

This technology relates to a plastic raw material processing method that removes metallic substances using a magnetic component at the inlet while mixing raw resins and additives.

Conventional plastic raw material processing has faced issues with product quality and equipment damage due to metallic substances mixed into the raw materials.

To address this, the technology installs a metallic substance removal unit featuring a crawler belt and a magnetic component at the inlet of the mixing section, allowing for uniform mixing of raw materials while simultaneously removing metals.
