Powder-type elastic coating waterproofing composition containing polyvinyl alcohol fibers
This technology relates to a powder-type elastic coating waterproofing composition and a waterproofing method, formulated by blending Portland cement and ready-mixed mortar with a waterproofing agent, reinforcing fibers (PVA fibers), and a hardening retarder.
Conventional coating waterproofing materials have low crack resistance, making the waterproof layer prone to rupture due to structural movement.
To address this, this technology combines a sodium fatty acid waterproofing agent with polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforcement to form a waterproof layer with improved elasticity and crack resistance.
Key Features:
- A powder-type elastic coating waterproofing composition consisting of 100 parts by weight of Portland cement, 80–120 parts by weight of ready-mixed mortar, 1 part by weight of a waterproofing agent, 1 part by weight of reinforcing fibers, and 0.3 parts by weight of a hardening retarder.
- The ready-mixed mortar provides ultra-rapid hardening properties by mixing ultra-rapid hardening cement and dry sand in a weight ratio of 100:80–230.
- The waterproofing agent consists of sodium fatty acid powder to provide water resistance.
- Includes polyvinyl alcohol fibers as reinforcing fibers to improve elasticity and crack resistance.
