This technology consists of a load-bearing structure, support members at both ends, and prestressing members that provide tension between the connection points of the structure and the support members. The prestressing members feature stepped sections at both ends to connect the structure to the support members.

Conventional steel structures have faced limitations in effectively applying the tension required to counteract deflection and loads.

By using prestressing members with stepped sections to provide tension between connection points, this technology can be applied to steel structures to suppress deflection and enhance structural performance.
