This technology is an anticancer composition comprising a MARCH6 activity or expression inhibitor.

There was a need for an anticancer approach that could induce cell death by increasing the ferroptosis sensitivity of cancer cells.

The MARCH6 inhibitor of this technology increases the ferroptosis sensitivity of cancer cells, thereby inducing cell death and growth inhibition, and thus can be utilized as a ferroptosis-inducing anticancer agent.
