Nanobarcode for regulating macrophage polarization by controlling ligand arrangement

This technology relates to a nanobarcode that regulates macrophage adhesion and polarization, and a method of regulation using it.

A precise means of regulating macrophage polarization, a key aspect of immune responses, was lacking.

By controlling the periodicity and arrangement sequence of the nanobarcode's ligand peptide (RGD), this technology can efficiently regulate macrophage adhesion and phenotypic polarization both in vitro and in vivo, making it applicable to immunomodulation and related therapeutic research.

Key Features:
  • Nanobarcode for regulating macrophage adhesion and polarization
  • Control of periodicity and arrangement sequence of ligand peptide (RGD)
  • In vitro and in vivo regulation of macrophage adhesion and polarization
  • Applicable to immunomodulation-based therapeutic research
