This technology is a system and control method that manages functional electrical stimulation, which induces muscle movement, and vibration stimulation, which alleviates muscle fatigue, based on user fatigue levels.

Continuously applying only functional electrical stimulation leads to rapid muscle fatigue accumulation, which limits the effectiveness of rehabilitation and training.

This technology controls a unit to alternately apply electrical and vibration stimulation to the muscle, thereby reducing muscle fatigue while effectively maintaining and improving muscle function.
