To address this, the present technology proposes a configuration that includes a service server, user terminal, and exchange server participating in a blockchain network for frequency spectrum usage information transactions.

Accordingly, this technology can improve the accuracy of electromagnetic environment prediction, including shadow areas and traffic hot spots, and facilitate radio station checks. It offers valuable applications in broadcasting, telecommunications, IT, internet, finance, and insurance sectors.
