This invention concerns a lifting guide device temporarily installed inside boilers for combined heat and power plants, designed to facilitate inspection and maintenance work within the boiler furnace.
Combined heat and power plants are large structures. The large-capacity boiler furnaces, where combustion takes place, are subject to corrosion, deformation, and wear caused by flames and oxides, thus requiring regular inspection and maintenance.
Because large-capacity boiler furnaces can reach tens of meters in height, scaffolding has traditionally been installed to inspect and maintain their interiors. However, installing scaffolding over such a large area requires significant time and materials. Furthermore, even with multi-level scaffolding, to prevent blind spots during inspection and maintenance, the scaffolding must be installed at a certain distance from the furnace walls to create working space. This gap between the walls and the scaffolding creates a risk of safety accidents, such as workers falling, and significantly reduces work efficiency.
This invention allows for the simple and rapid assembly and installation of a lifting guide device inside the large-capacity boiler furnace of a combined heat and power plant. This enables safe and easy inspection and maintenance work within the boiler furnace, thereby significantly increasing work efficiency and reducing safety accidents.
