Conventional technology faced the challenge of increasing the size of the entire high-frequency transceiver due to the need for multiple phase shifters to shift phases at more diverse angles. To address this, the present technology proposes a configuration that includes a first transistor, a pair of first inductors, a second transistor, a second inductor, and a phase shifter with variable capacitance.

Accordingly, this technology improves the miniaturization of the entire high-frequency transceiver section and can reduce phase error through the varactor's capacitance parameters. It has valuable applications in broadcasting, telecommunications, electronic components, semiconductors, and equipment.
